Charlotte Ann Silverhorn was born August 5, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Manuel Beaver and Vena Mattie Daugomah Beaver. She died on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

Charlotte attended school in Carnegie, Oklahoma graduating with the Class of 1982. She attended college at Cameron University graduating with a Business Administration Degree. She worked for the Wichita and Affiliated Tribe in Child Protective Services. Charlotte was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the Cedar Creek United Methodist Church and a member of Alpha Phi Sorority .

Charlotte is survived by one son: Tyler Joshua Silverhorn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
One daughter: Leigh Ann Silverhorn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
One brother: Charles Beaver of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma
Six Sisters: Claudia Armstrong, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Verna Delaware, Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma, Charlene Deer, Lawton, Oklahoma, Marcella Tonips, Carnegie, Oklahoma, Dorothy
Nesahkluah, Carnegie, Oklahoma, and Jamie Beaver, Carnegie, Oklahoma. One maternal aunt,
Juanita Ahtone, Carnegie, Oklahoma, Two uncles, Ronald Twohatchet and Roger Beaver..
Special Friends: Sherrill Palmer, MtnView, Oklahoma, Lori Spottedhorse, Lawton, Oklahoma, Jeannie

Preceded in death by her husband, Terry Silverhorn, her parents, and one sister Delora Wetselline and one brother Charles Wayne Beaver.
