Charlotte King joined her husband and many loved ones in Gods Heaven on January 8th, 2012. Charlotte was born in Oney, OK on February 18th, 1930, to James Herbert and Lola Mae (Brown) Belase. She and her husband Darrell King were married December 21, 1947. Darrell preceded her in death on July 5, 2009. Charlotte and Darrell lived in the Alfalfa and Carnegie communities all their life. Charlotte was a farmer's wife and helped Darrell run a hatchery and feed mill in Carnegie for several years. She also worked for Dr. Jim Hill for a time and spent several years working in retail at Crutchers Department Store. Charlotte had a very loving and caring concern for other people and was always trying to make life easier for those she loved. She had a great sense of humor and was often funny even without intention. She was a very classy lady and a very proud lady. She will be sorely missed by many.
