Charles C. Hugar, 73, of Apache Oklahoma passed away on August 15, 2024 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was born to Charles E. and Eleanor Hugar on July 25, 1951. Charles graduated from Apache high school in 1969. Charles married the love of his life, Betty, on July 25, 1982 in Mescalero, New Mexico, and were happily married for 42 years. He was a hard worker, spending his career as a Derrick hand. Charles loved watching TV, watching OU and Dallas Cowboys games, and going to the casino. Charles will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
