Charles Richard Hilliard

Charles Richard "Rick" Hilliard, 66, of Roosevelt, Oklahoma passed away November 9, 2019. He was born on August 17, 1953 in Minco, Oklahoma to Robert Earl and Betty Lou (Hacker) Hilliard. Rick graduated from Roosevelt in 1973. Rick married Cody Whitaker in 1973 at Cooperton, Oklahoma. He later married Sherry Burgett on November 23, 1982 in Hobart, Oklahoma. He was the ranch foreman at JE 4 Star Ranch for the last 15 years. He was an all around cowboy roping, riding, and breaking horses during his lifetime. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and taking trips across multiple states. He loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

He is survived by his 3 sons and 1 daughter:

Danny Hilliard & wife Misty of Moore, Oklahoma,
Roger Slife & wife Tammy of Elk City, OK,
sister: Laura Wells of Oklahoma City, OK,
stepfather: Allen Moore, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert Hilliard and Betty Moore, 1 nephew Rowdy Gray and 2 sisters: Linda Perry and Frankie Graham.
