Celeste Jolene Bronaugh

Celeste Jolene "Cissy" Bronaugh, 57, made her journey home on November 26, 2015. She was born August 22, 1958 in Lawton, OK to Gene and Carol Jean (Cody) Bronaugh.

After high school, she attended the University of Oklahoma where she met Vince "Chic" Downing, father of Mia. Celeste was excited about the upcoming birth of her grandson and loved her family very much. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals and when able, she donated to the ASPCA. She was also a member of the Cache Creek United Methodist Church.

Celeste is survived by:
1 daughter, Mia Downing and wife Chanda Davis of Mustang, OK
1 granddaughter Allison of Mustang, OK
1 soon-to-be grandson, Jackson of Mustang, OK
mother, Carol Bronaugh of Carnegie, OK
4 siblings, Albert Gene Bronaugh, Sr. of Norman, OK
Rhonda Christina Goingkeen and husband David of Anadarko, OK
Jack Donald Bronaugh of El Reno, OK
Donita Lynn Bronaugh of Carnegie, OK
special friend, Leonard Luna of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
special nieces and nephews that she loved so much, Albert Jr., Bobby D., Martin, David III, Brucie, Travis, Rachel, Alanna, Kevin, Jonathyn, Juanita, Gracie, Kailyn, Jonas, Juandee, and Johnson.

She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Celeste is preceded in death by her father, Gene Bronaugh, and 2 nieces, RiAnna Beth Bronaugh and Dayna Jolene Goingkeen.

Wake Services will held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Chapel of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie. Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie.
