Carolyn Sue Groseclose, 81, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2022, in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She was born to Charley P. and Nellie Wanda (Coughran) Horn on March 10, 1941, in Amity, Arkansas.
Carolyn married George W. Miller on November 8, 1956 and spent 50 years together until George gained his heavenly wings in January 2007. To this union three children were born, Allen, Georgia, and Matt. She remarried on February 23, 2008, to Carl Groseclose to whom she shared many years of love and happiness.
Carolyn was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Carnegie, OK. She loved gardening, sewing, cooking, and especially taking care of her grandchildren.
She made her home in Arkansas in her early years and in Caddo County of Oklahoma until her death.
She leaves behind her husband
Sons: Allen and wife, Katrina Miller, Comanche, Oklahoma
Matt and wife, Trenda Miller, New Plymouth, ID
Daughter: Georgia Lovenburg and husband Tim, Carnegie, Oklahoma
Stepsons: Billy and Donnie Groseclose
Stepdaughters: Sue Merchant, Paula Smith, Ronda Langlois
Grandchildren: Mandy, Holly, Kallen, Kasey, Tiffany and five great grandchildren.
Sisters: Tresa, Little Axe, Oklahoma, Sharon, Midwest City, Oklahoma, Linda, Pennsylvania, Vernell, Florida
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, 12 brothers and two sisters.
