Caroline Mae Stenger, 87, of Carnegie, OK passed away Wednesday, December 5th, 2012 at the Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital. She was born August 18th, 1925 to George and Lillie May (Bilyeu) Hancock in Eakly, OK. She attended Mountain View Schools and also Sedan Schools. She married Thomas Venson Davis in 1944 and he preceded her in death on March 05,1959. She later on was united in marriage to Roland Wilford Stenger in 1969 who also preceded her in death on August 23, 1999. Caroline worked as head cook for Carnegie Schools for twenty two years. She enjoyed preparing meals and making cinnamon rolls for everyone. Caroline was an encourager and was always helping those in need. Her family and friends were the love of her life. Caroline also liked helping with the farming and cattle. Caroline was a member of the First Baptist Church in Carnegie, OK.
