Carmen Mccoy

Carmen Cortez McCoy, 89, passed away on August 28, 2023 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Carmen was born to Jesse and Emma McCoy (Harper) on May 29,1934 in Croville, Louisiana. Carmen grew up in Dale, Louisiana and Holly Ridge, Louisiana. Carmen stood firm in her faith and stayed up to date with what was going on in politics. She loved her family deeply and enjoyed spending her free time with them.

Carmen is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Emma McCoy; siblings, J.D. McCoy, Ernie McCoy, Lil Sherman, Marcella Hancock; nephews, David Hancock, Larry McCoy and Fox; and her great- great Heavenly Angel babies.
