Carla Jean Rouse

Carla Jean Rouse passed away January 18, 2019. She was born on April 13, 1946 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Carl and Alice Louise (Chesser) Robbins. She married Lonnie Rouse on December 17, 1972 in Vernon, Texas. Carla was a member of the Washington Street Baptist Church. She loved to paint and greatly enjoyed crafting. She loved her grandbabies and cherished every moment she had with them. She was employed as a Teacher's Assistant for 29 years with Hobart Public Schools.


She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister Brenda Sumler, brother-in-law Danny Sumler, and 1 great-grandchild Legend D'Amico.


She is survived by her husband Lonnie of the home,

Cody Fanning of Hobart, Oklahoma,
Bryson Holmes and wife Cassandra of Hobart, Oklahoma,
John D'Amico and fiance Hannah of Tennessee,
Brandi D'Amico of Hobart, Oklahoma,
Krysta Rouse of Ponca City, Oklahoma,
Steffen Ray of Virginia,
