Carl Turner 70, Elk City, former Roosevelt resident passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016, in Elk City, OK. He was born on November 2, 1945, in Hobart, Oklahoma to Austin and Rilma (Watson) Turner. He graduated Roosevelt High School in 1964. Carl married Gail Fowler on July 3, 1965, in Hobart, Oklahoma. He owed his own oil field company several years before going to work at Beckham County for the last 20 years.
He is survived by his wife Gail Turner, of the home

1 daughter; Christal Pinkston and husband Tommy, Hammon, OK
