Carl Dean Celsor

Carl Dean Celsor, 80, of Sentinel, Oklahoma, passed away on May 29, 2017. He was born on June 10, 1936 to Carl and Mahdeen (Gold) Celsor in Sentinel, Oklahoma. He attended Sentinel High School and graduated in 1954.
He married the love of his life, Vickie Jan (Farris) Celsor, in 1957 at the Sentinel First Baptist Church, where they both were members. They had four children, Carl Scott, Ron Farris, Joe Bill and Samuel Raymond and in 1976, they gained two more children, Shelly Dawn Stowers and Gunar Eugene Stowers. Carl Dean and Jan spent their entire lives in the community of Sentinel. Carl Dean was a devoted husband to Jan and father to his children. Carl Dean followed in his father's footsteps and began farming at an early age. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and his work ethic was something to be revered. When it came to farming, he was a wealth of information, and he gladly imparted this knowledge to his children and grandchildren. Carl Dean was his family's patriarch; he loved his family and mentored, shaped and guided them, his qualities are mirrored in his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching Oklahoma sports, and later in life, traveling with Jan and their family and friends and visiting his sons at the farm.
Carl Dean is preceded in death by his parents and wife.
