Calvin Wright

Calvin Wright, age 53, passed away on May 7, 2024 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He was born December 11, 1970, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Donnie and Cheryl Denise (Ross) Wright. 1 of 8 siblings, Calvin was raised in Gracemont and graduated from Gracemont High School in 1988. Calvin joined the United States Air Force in 1989 and was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. He served as a USAF Airman First Class and was honorably discharged in 1992 upon
which time he pursued an education in Law Enforcement from Oklahoma State University. What filled his heart the most was his children and grandchildren. In February of 1991 he welcomed his first-born Justin Michael Wright into the world. He was gifted his second son, Cale Austin Wright, in July of 1994. In July 1997 he was blissfully given his third son Colby Dalton Wright. His first daughter, Hanna Nicole Wright, was joyously welcomed in February of
2008. Calvin was blessed to become a grandfather with his first grandson Legend Michael Wright born in April 2023. Later that year, he learned that his second grandson, Luka Valentino Wright would be arriving May of 2024. He was a proud father and grandfather.

He was preceded by his son, Justin M. Wright; mother, Cheryl Denise (Ross) Wright; and Stepmother, Kim Tally Wright.

Left to cherish and remember him are his sons', Cale and Colby Wright; his daughter, Hanna N. Wright; grandsons, Legend and Luka; brothers, Donnie Jr., Tommie, Kevin, Cody, and Christopher Wright; sisters, Cathy Wright and Brandy (Wright) Flores; Father, Donnie Wright
Sr. and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Calvin touched are invited to Ray and Martha's Funeral Home, 1115 Mission St., Anadarko. Viewing will be 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024 and funeral services will be 11 a.m., Monday, May 20, 2024.
