Brenda Colbert

Brenda Kaye Colbert 47 of Anadarko, OK passed away on January 10, 2016 in Weatherford, OK. She was born on March 28, 1968 in Lawton, OK to Ritchal and Juanita (Ataddlety) Colbert. She was very kind hearted, liked to help everyone she came in contact with, and loved going to casino's. Brenda will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
She is survived by her parents: Ritchal and Juanita (Ataddlety) Colbert of Anadarko, OK; five children: Gene Colbert, of Illinois, Shana Ware and Avisia Garcia of Oklahoma City, OK , Jeffrey Ware, Jr. of Anadarko, OK, Anthony Ware of Ada, OK, Amber and Martin Garcia of Weatherford, OK; grandchildren: Brisa, Genesis, Angelica Garcia, Abianna Garcia, Daniel, Sebastian, Gabriel Cervantes, and Jose Macias; one sister: Clara Colbert of Oklahoma City, OK; three brothers: Lewis Ataddlety of Oklahoma City, OK Richard Colbert of Vinita, OK, and Charles Colbert of Anadarko, OK; nieces and nephews: Renea and Daniel Cervantes of Oklahoma City, OK, Emmitt McKenzie of Tahlequah, OK, Tosha McKenzie, Joe McKenzie both of Oklahoma City, OK, and Selena Ataddlety of Colorado; grandmother: Mable Curley of Anadarko, OK; uncles: Clifford and Daniel both of Anadarko, OK; aunts: Joy, Judy, Anna, Carmalita, Janell; cousins: Angela, Virgil, Finny, Michael, Joey, Allen, Reba, Clarissa, Colinda; numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and many other friends.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Woodrow Ataddlety and Grace Whitefox; paternal grandparents: Jasper Colbert and Clara (Piatt) Colbert; brother: Larry Ataddlety; aunts: Lavita Pickens, Katheline Ataddlety, and Frances Cooper.
Prayer Service will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January, 13, 2016 at JJ Methvin Memorial United Methodist Church with Pershing Yeahquo officiating.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at JJ Methvin Memorial United Methodist Church with Pershing Yeahquo officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Lane under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Anadarko.
