Bonnie Lee Rogers, 100, passed away April 22,2023 in Chickasha, OK. She was born in Elk City, OK to Robert and Leona (Mabra) McCown on February 4, 1923.
Bonnie attended Eakly and Antandale schools. She married Bill Rogers on February 25, 1942 at the VFW hut in Anadarko, OK. They lived north of Stecker, OK, where they continued to farm. Bonnie was in a bowling league for over 10 years. They bought the Star Station where she sold and changed tires until she sold the station. Bonnie was a good seamstress and loved to crochet Afghans. She had many cats and dogs. Bonnie always had Gospel and country western playing. She was always helping people.
On June 9, 2005, Bonnie remarried to Glen Yearwood. She loved working on genealogy. Bonnie was a charter member of Bethel Baptist church and a member of the Rebekah Lodge
.
Bonnie loved her grandkids and would take them junk hunting.
She was preceded in death by her: parents; husbands, William "Bill" Rogers and Glen Yearwood; siblings, Lorene Dewey, Ardella McCown, Raymond McCown; one grandson Kris Evan Beets

Daughter: Rose Ann Pruitt of Anadarko, OK and her sons, Ken Eugene Beets from Anadarko OK and Kevin and his wife, Kristi Beets and their children Kayla and Kyle Beets from Tuttle, OK
Daughter: Billie Lee and husband, Ralph Moore and children daughter, Jennifer Catherine Moore and her son, Austin and his wife, Hanna Ruiz. All from Dibble, OK
Daughter: Leslie Ann and her husband, Scott Sterkel from Chickasha, OK
Son: Terry Edward and wife, Jane Rogers from Anadarko, OK and their daughters; Terra Jane and husband, Breno Figueiredo from Austin TX, and Tracy Jo and husband, Justin Neidel from Tuttle OK., son, Joshua King
Son: Stephen Quinice and wife, Terri Lynn Rogers their son, William Terrell and wife, Robyn Rogers and son, Simon Archer Rogers all from Anadarko OK., daughter, Danielle Elizabeth Rogers and boyfriend, Jacob Falling of Newcastle OK
