Bob Dean Lovett, 79, of Cheyenne, OK, passed away on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 at the Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City after a brief battle with pneumonia. Bob was born in Shattuck, OK, on September 5th, 1944, to Bea and Henry Lovett. He and his brother and sister grew up on the family farm near Roll, OK. He attended school at Crawford and Boise City, OK. Bob spent most of his life farming. He and his brother, Ray, owned Lovett Brother Dairy in Cheyene in the 1970's. He loved farming, race horses, and visiting with others at the local coffee shop. He will be remembered as always smiling and cracking jokes. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew. He is survived by his daughter, Wayna Dean Lovett and his former wife, Maxine Schmidt of Rocky, OK; his sister, Vinolla Lovett of Kennewick, WA, his brother, Ray Lovett (Helen) of Mena, AR; nieces, Gwena Hooper, Sharay Durbin, and their mother Sharon Lovett of Arkansas, Dena Chenault, Venee Wilson and nephew Mike Chenault of Washington. Cremation services are entrusted to Ray and Martha's funeral home of Hobart, OK. There will be no funeral arrangements at this time but Bob will be remembered in June at the Lovett Family Reunion.
