Billy Douglas Louis

Billy Douglas Louis, 68, of Anadarko OK, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 4, 2022. He was born September 22,1954 in Anadarko, OK to Charlie "Big Jim" Moore and Birdie Anderson.
Billy attended and graduated from Anadarko High School in 1974, soon after graduation he joined the Navy where he served and was stationed in San Diego, CA for 10 years. He worked numerous places, but his passion was cooking. He loved to dance "Mr. Wiggly" was the nickname because of the dances he would do. Billy also liked to sing. He was his sister Carolyn biggest "Hero". Billy always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his: father, Big Jim Moore; mother, Birdie Anderson; Step sister Melvin Guesbyand ; brothers, Ray Spencer, James Thompson; step brother, Kim Moore; nephew, Andrew Taylor
