Billie Holman

Billie Holman, 79, long time resident of Rocky, OK. passed away on Monday, November 19th, 2012 in her home in Rocky, OK. She was born in Red River County, TX on December 28th, 1932 to Walter and Viola (Bostain) Raleigh. She married Gene Holman on Feburary 13th, 1953 in Richmond, VA. He preceded her in death on December 7th, 1964. She then moved to Rocky, OK in 1965. She was a commercial truck driver for many years and was a dispatcher for Red River Transportation in Cordell, OK for 17 years. She loved to attend Rocky Senior Citizens Center and she enjoyed camping with friends. Billie was a caregiver to many. She was a member of the Rocky Church of the First Born.

Jerri Earley and husband, Dana, Rocky, OK
1 daughter-in-law, Rhonda Holman, Rocky, OK
6 grandchildren, Nick Byrd, Mikal Schmidt, Buddy Holman, Jessica Huntzinger, Nikoma Earley, Wyatt Earley
7 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene, son, Raleigh Holman, 2 granddaughters, Hannah and Angel Holman, and brother Matthew Raleigh

Family will greet friends from 6-7 p.m., Tuesday, November 20th, 2012 at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home.

Funeral Services: 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 21st, 2012 at Church of the First Born, Rocky, OK

Interment: Lone Star Cemetery, Rocky, OK
