Betty J Standerfer

Betty Jo Standerfer, 87, of Hobart, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on September 26th, 2020. She was born on April 26th, 1933 to Ross and Nannie (Sewell) Funkhouser in Hobart, Oklahoma. Betty Jo grew up and attended school in Hobart, graduating from Hobart High School in 1951. She married Ralph Wayne Davis and he preceded her in death in 1953. She married Lester Standerfer in August of 1954 in Vernon, Texas, and he preceded her in death in 2002. Betty Jo worked as a bank bookkeeper and was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Hobart. She enjoyed gardening and loved being with her grandkids. Betty Jo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by Husband: Ralph Wayne Davis, Parents: Ross and Nannie Funkhouser, Husband: Lester Standerfer, Brothers: Kenneth Funkhouser and Lloyd Funkhouser,and Sisters: Juanita Pfenning and Willa Mae Harris.
