Betty Lou Spencer was born in Weatherford, Oklahoma on July 18 1930 to Jack and Audrey Mason Williams. Betty passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Carnegie Nursing Home, Carnegie, OKlahoma.
Betty grew up in Ft. Cobb, OK and was a member of the Nazarene Church in Carnegie, OK at the time of her death.
Betty was married to Troy Flinn of Mountain View, Oklahoma. They had three children: Troy Leon Flinn, Brenda Kay Flinn and David Flinn (deceased).
Betty and her children moved to Fort Cobb, Oklahoma in 1967. She married Robert Jeff Spencer on January 4 1974. Robert had six children with his first wife. Judy (Spencer) Christian and husband Charles Christian of Hunt, Texas, Sandra (Spencer) Hollis of Rising Star, Texas, Becky (Spencer) Willis (deceased), Shirley Spencer and Jackie Hutchings of Hugo, Oklahoma. Gary Spencer and wife, LeAnn of Jones, Oklahoma, Stephen Spencer of Muldrow, Oklahoma.
She is survived by two sisters Olivia Williams of Moore, Oklahoma and Wanda Lumpkin of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma... twenty-three grandchildren, fifty-two great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren along with many other friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy Flinn, daughter, Becky Willis, son David Flinn, and a brother, Ray Williams.
