Betty Irene Lopez

Betty Irene Lopez, 62, of Carnegie, Oklahoma, entered the gates of Heaven on August 21, 2023. She was born on August 17, 1961 to Charles and Francis Oleta (Atchley) Brown in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Betty grew up and attended school in Carnegie, Oklahoma, graduating from Carnegie High School in 1979. She attended South Western Oklahoma State University and earned her Bachelor's Degree. Betty taught elementary school for 23 years. She was very kind and giving, everyone loved her. Betty enjoyed dancing and shopping. She loved buttered pecan ice cream and hot rolls. Betty loved her grandchildren very much, she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
