Audrey Smith

Audrey Smith, 72, of Hobart, Oklahoma passed away February 21, 2018. She was born March 14, 1945 in Wellington, Texas to LeRoy and Mabel (Southerland) Hartwell. She was baptized in the Church of Christ in Amarillo, Texas. She graduated in 1983 with a nursing degree from Burns Flat Vo-Tech. She worked at Elkview General Hospital in Labor and Deliver and as a surgical nurse for many years. She ended her nursing career at Oklahoma State Reformatory. She retired in 2008. Audrey was an avid animal lover who especially loved her cats.

She is survived by her three children: Kenneth Young and wife Kim, Mustang, Oklahoma,
Lisa Barnett, Hobart, Oklahoma,
Lori Nolan, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
grandchildren: Kyle and wife Laura Young, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
Katy and husband Kyle Jones, Weatherford, Oklahoma,
Brett and wife Haley Barnett, Hobart, Oklahoma,
Blake Barnett, Hobart, Oklahoma,
Baylee Barnett, Hobart, Oklahoma,
Jessica Nolan, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
Jeremy Nolan and wife Meranda, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
six great grandchildren: Brennan and Charlie Young, Barrett Jones, Harper Jo Barnett, Kylie Davis and Jesslan Coats, Madden and Mason Nolan.

Audrey is preceded in death by her parents.

Audrey will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends, especially her long-time faithful friend Mary Kuntz.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to local animal shelters.
