Audrey Delon Palmer

Audrey Delon Palmer, 80, was born on December 12, 1940 to Gus Palmer Sr. and Alice (Tanedooah) Palmer in Lawton, Oklahoma. She passed away on June 28, 2021 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma.

She attended Carnegie Public Schools and Chilocco Indian School. After graduating high school, she attended cosmetology school. She loved to travel, visit her family, and styling hair (especially her own). She spent most of her adult life in Dallas, TX with her family before later returning back to Carnegie, OK.

Audrey was Kiowa princess, a member of the League of Women Voters in the 70's, a member of the Kiowa Black Leggings Auxiliary, and chairman for the Board Member Committee for Kiowa Princess.

She was the most amazing, beautiful, and outgoing woman that you ever could have met. Memories of her will be cherished forever, and she will be missed by all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leo Griego (1994); second husband, Ron Fowler (2020); son, Reginald "Reggie" Griego (2020); sister, Donna Jameson.
