Arlie Chatkehoodle

Arlie "Boot" Chatkehoodle 72, Carnegie passed away at his home on September 16, 2015. Arlie was born in Stecker, OK. to Harry and Agnes (Domebo) Chatkehoodle on February 5, 1943. He graduated from Riverside Indian School in Anadarko in 1962. He married Sandra Kaye Bearhead on February 13, 1966 at The Little Red Church in Carnegie, OK. To this union, 8 daughters and 1 son were born. Arlie was a member of the Washita Full Gospel Church. He was a member of the Kiowa Tribe. He loved to take rides around his hometown of Stecker and stop by to visit his nephew, Jamie Hyde of Stecker. He loved to hear his wife sing "I'll Fly Away", before his journey home. Sandra was his one and only.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Delores Day and his brother Harry Chatkehoodle Jr. and his son-in-law, Enoch Mickey Bernard Tartsah.


A Wake Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday September 21, 2015 at Grace Christian Fellowship in Anadarko, OK.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Grace Christian Fellowship in Anadarko, OK.
Burial will follow at The Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, OK.
Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie.
