Arlene (Tartsah) Villanueva, 76, went to be her Lord on December 25, 2020 in her home in Anadarko, OK. She was born on June 27, 1944 in Lawton, OK to Charles Burke Tartsah, Jr and Daisy Joyce (Kaudle Kaule) Tartsah.
Arlene grew up in Hog Creek OK. She went to school at Riverside Indian School, Anadarko, OK. She had 8 children, Lori, Charles, Lynette, Jesus, Phillip, Sherry, Chad and Misty. She married the love of her life, Teodoro (Lolo) Villanueva and they married November 1, 1979. They made their home in the Hog Creek area. Her life consisted of caring for her family and serving her Lord Jesus Christ. Arlene was a foster parent for many years. She loved her "Tweet Pie" Dracylynn Keechi very much.
