Arlene Tsomah Poolaw-Belindo was born October 4, 1957 to Justin and Lucille (Bigbow) Poolaw in Lawton, Oklahoma. She graduated from U.S. Grant High School in Oklahoma City in 1974. She attended the University of Oklahoma for 1 year after graduating high school, then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She worked as a contract health specialist for the Indian Health Service for 36 years. She was a Member of Grace Christian Fellowship Church of Anadarko, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her children:
Pierce Fragua and wife Jana,
Tamara Kaulaity and husband Hank both of Anadarko, Oklahoma, Antonia Hudson and husband Mason of Adair, Oklahoma.
