Anita Marie Reyes, 59, was born June 26, 1954, to Tommy and Norma Lee (Jennings) Reyes in Anadarko. She passed from this life on Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at her home in Anadarko.
Anita was raised in the Gracemont area. She liked gardening and collecting knick-knacks. Anita loved spending time taking care of all her nieces and nephews. She also enjoyed working at Apex with her friends at the Oklahoma Environmental Management. When called on, Anita would do anything for her friends and family.
Preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters, Teresa Lafoon and Amelia Martin and one brother, Paul Reyes.
Survivors include one son, William Reyes of Gracemont; sister, Elizabeth Saavedra-Lopez of Valleybrook; two brothers, Robert Reyes of Guthrie and James Reyes of Amber; numerous nieces and nephews; and her Apex family of friends.
Graveside services will be at 10 A.M., Friday, August 9, 2013, at the Gracemont Cemetery under the direction of the Steverson Funeral Home.
