He was born June 15, 1955 in Hobart, OK to Alva B. ( Dobber) and Shirley (Webb) Cook. Bruce attended Roosevelt schools and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1973. He married Vicky Keesee, May 25, 1978 at Roosevelt, OK and they moved to Hobart in 1979. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Roosevelt. Bruce drove a truck for many years as an owner operator and has been a custom harvestor since he was 9 years old.
