Alma Mae Bennett 91, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away in Oklahoma City Wednesday, October 26th, 2011. She was born December 14th, 1919 on her family farm near Cordell, OK. She was the oldest child of Tena and Omar Kinder. Alma grew up on a family farm near Cordell. She married Charles Bennett August 31, 1946. They owned and operated a dairy farm near Colony Oklahoma until the early 50s. They lived in San Diego, California until 1960. They owned & operated Lefty's International Restaurant in Del City from 1964 until 1980. She also worked at Cleveland Bailey Elementary in Midwest City. Alma loved gardening, sewing, crafts and large family gatherings. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
