Allene Eunice Woodard, 73, passed away with her family by her side on August 13, 2015, at her home in Cache, OK. She was born on September 3, 1941, to Marquis Oliver Woodard Sr. and Pearl D. (Botone) Woodard, at home southeast of Carnegie. Allene went to school at Antioch School of Law in Washington D.C. where she obtained her paralegal certification. She has worked in D.C .and Anadarko as a paralegal. Allene moved to Minnesota where she worked for State Social Services. She returned home and served on the Kiowa Business Committee in the early 1990's. She was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe and a descendent of Saite-thei-daye (White Bear) through his daughter Sau-to-pato (Pipe Holder)
She is survived by three sons,

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Phil R. Bohay, George D. Botone, Marquis O. Woodard, Jr., her twin Allen R. Woodard, sisters Lena Kaulaity, Darlene Dupoint, Christina Dupoint, Hazel Kaudle Kaule, her aunt, Georgia Dupoint and her niece, Mary Woodard.
