Alice Johnaphene Sheffield

Alice "Johnnie" Sheffield, 71, of Gotebo, passed away in Lawton, Ok on February 17, 2010, after a lengthy illness. She was born May 7, 1938 in Skiatook, OK to Bob Norman and Opal (Akin) Payne. She grew up in the Alfalfa area and graduated Alfalfa High School. Johnnie married Kenneth Sheffield on November 3, 1956 in Cowden, OK and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2009. They moved to Meza, AZ in 1959 and to Gotebo in 1979.

10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents,
husband Kenneth, granddaughter Adelea,
daughter-in-law Tammy Sheffield,
son-in-law Bill Flanagain,
brother James "Shorty" McConnell and
step-brother, Eugene McConnell.
