Albert Douglas Wilson

Albert Douglas "Doug" Wilson, 56, of Carnegie, OK passed away Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at his home. He was born June 24th, 1955 to James Albert and Etta June (Smith) Wilson in McAlester, OK. Doug grew up on Beaver Mountain near Stigler, OK and also Oklahoma City for a number of years. He was in the Untied States Army from 1972 to 1975. He was united in marriage to Sharon Lee, July 21, 1978 in Stigler, OK. He lived and work several years in Mountain View and then in 1978 moved to Carnegie, OK where he lived the remainder of his life. Doug was a member and a Past Master in the Masonic Lodge in Mountain View, OK. Some of Doug's hobbies that he enjoyed was woodworking and drawing. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Doug was a good mechanic. He worked a number of jobs throughout his lifetime which included working in the oil fields, the local Gin, C&W tire shop and Dolese.

special family friends, Charlotte Nix and children, Aspen, Hannah, Walter and Alexa

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bob Adkins, uncle, Orville Davis

Services: 2:00p.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Chapel, Carnegie
Burial will follow at Green Valley Cemetery
under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home
