Adron Wayne Heavener passed away in his home on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the age of 69 after battling his cancer diagnosis in November 2020.
Adron was born on July 28, 1952, in Carnegie, OK to Lillie Corine & Henry Manual Heavener. He was a 1970 graduate of Carnegie High School. He married Cynthia Miller on July 19, 1975. Adron was a contractor in OKC for nearly 10 years before he and Cynthia were blessed with two sets of twins, Andrea & Angela, and Anthony & Andrew. The Heavener family then moved to Carnegie where Adron continued his painting business for 38 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and telling stories to his friends & family. Adron loved cooking on his smoker for holiday dinners. For the past three years, he had a ministry of sharing many of his favorite inspirational books, DVDs, & CDs. Adron was thankful for all his lifelong friends and enjoyed attending this year's high school reunion. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and had recently been attending services at Shared Life Ministries in Carnegie.
Adron is survived by his wife, Cynthia of the home. Daughters, Andrea (Matt) Harrison and Angela Heavener; Son, Andrew Heavener all of Carnegie. Five grandchildren, Grant (Grace) Kiesau, Kennedy Kiesau, Heston Harrison, Hudson Harrison, and Claire Heavener. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Connie & Henry Heavener, Brother, Alan Heavener, and Son, Anthony Heavener.
