Abe Wilson, 96, life long Kiowa County resident, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in Hobart, OK. He was born January 2, 1915 in Wise County, TX to Albert and Annie (Birdwell) Wilson. He migrated with his family to Hobart as a small child. Abe met and married Hazle Fern Keas and they had 3 sons and lived on a farm in Kiowa County. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Abe made his living
hauling hay and trading cattle.
Survivors include two sons: Donald Ray Wilson and wife, Paula, Hobart, Oklahoma
Tommy Joe Wilson and wife Nancy, Altus, OK
Six grandchildren: Summer, T. J., Rodney, Andrew, Ryan, and Toby,
and six great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Kenny Wilson, 3 brothers, Elmer, Fred, and Pete, and sister
Velma Easley.
Graveside Services: 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 2, 2011

Under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, OK
